Моргает авария err60 на частотном преобразователе CFW-090600TGZ. Похожие устройства ATS48C32Q, CIMR-J7AC22P20, FR-D720-318-NA на вентиляции в норме.
Решение нашел через рамблер по запросу "Ремонт частотного преобразователя Altivar atv61hu55m3" prom-electric.ru/articles/1/491/ . Заменил черный позистор.
